More than just a job

Hazlewoods provides the work-life balance you deserve.

Our Mind Body and Soul team dedicates time to organise events and review packages to support your health and wellbeing.  And our active Social Committee puts on some fantastic events for everyone to enjoy.

We support a nominated charity every year, chosen by our employees, raising money from quizzes, tuck shops and much more.  Our charity for 2023/24 is James Hopkins Trust.  We also encourage our employees to volunteer and spend one day a year supporting local good causes.

Hazlewoods has an active Environmental Committee who understand the importance of preserving and protecting the environment.  

In December 2023, we were awarded the Healthy Workplaces Gloucestershire Foundation Level award, in recognition of the work we do to support employees' health and wellbeing. Read more about this accreditation here.
