I’ve been in the fast-growing Healthcare team since 2009, having previously spent six years in the Hazlewoods Corporate Services team. I specialise in providing audit, accounts, tax compliance and business advisory services to clients within the social care and corporate veterinary sectors.
I also support clients when they are selling or acquiring companies, or undertaking a group reorganisation or refinancing, including liaising with other advisers. My clients comprise both private equity backed and owner managed businesses, principally within all sub-sectors of social care, as well as a handful of large corporate veterinary groups.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of work, my main interests are road cycling and overseas travel (and sometimes a combination of both at the same time!)
