Phil is an experienced M&A partner with more than 25 years’ experience advising family businesses, private shareholders and large corporates on acquisitions, business sales and long-term strategy. Prior to joining Hazlewoods, Phil was a partner at Deloitte with a focus on the Consumer, Food & Beverage, Business Services and Construction sectors.
In addition, Phil is part of the Hazlewoods leadership team in his role of Chief Operating Officer, responsible for a number of key functions within the firm. Phil has a particular passion for people development and supporting people with their long-term career development.
Hobbies & Interests
Phil has three children (two now at university), three cats and a dog which keep him busy outside of work. He is also the Chair of a local swimming club, and a volunteer coach at a local football club.
