I act for a wide range of owner-managed businesses, with a focus on the dental sector. Keeping up to date with the latest developments, I provide advice on a variety of matters such as pensionable earnings declarations, profitability, benchmarking, employment status, practice structure, incorporation, practice sales/acquisitions and due diligence, as well as routine accounts and tax compliance work.
