I joined Hazlewoods as an apprentice in 2007, choosing to specialise in tax along my training journey. I now lead the Structuring and Share Incentives team providing robust, yet easily digestible tax advice to business owners. I can help you to choose the right corporate structure, navigate the tax implications of a transaction, incentivise key people with shares or transition to employee ownership (and many other things in between).
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of work I am usually found with my head in a book (sci-fi or fantasy mainly), spending time with my family or in the boxing ring.
