I joined Hazlewoods in 2015 and have built extensive experience in providing acquisition advisory and due diligence services to a wide range of clients, including private equity houses, corporate acquirers, and banks. I specialise in advising investors, with a particular focus on the health and social care sector.

I support clients on all aspects of transactions, including identifying risk areas arising from due diligence, providing commercial solutions to mitigate these risks, and providing ongoing support and strategic advice to clients post-completion.
