As part of our ambitious growth plans and in response to demand from Welsh-based clients, we are delighted to open a new Hazlewoods office in the Welsh capital, working alongside our established Cheltenham location and recent move to Bristol.
The new Hazlewoods city centre office is based in the heart of Cardiff, just a ten minute walk from Cardiff Central and Queen Street train stations, and a short walk from Bute Park and Sophia Gardens.
Commenting on the office opening, Hazlewoods Tax Partner Nick Haines said “I am delighted that we have opened an office in Capital Tower, Cardiff. The location is in the centre of Cardiff’s business district and we look forward to building our team in the city. There are many ambitious and high growth businesses in Wales and we are excited by the opportunity to support these businesses as they grow. As a proud supporter of Welsh Rugby, I’m also looking forward to having an office so close to the Principality Stadium!”
Bruce Black, Corporate Tax Director added, “As a long standing Hazlewoods Director, and a Cardiff resident, I am delighted to have the opportunity to be part of the new office in my home city. We have a great pipeline of new employees joining in early September, and I am looking forward to helping build the Hazlewoods business in South Wales working with existing and new clients”.
Hazlewoods Managing Partner James Morter, commented, “Our expansion into Cardiff is driven by demand from Welsh-based clients for our range of services, along with the ability to access the strong pool of professional talent in the Cardiff area. With more than 550 people across our five regional offices, we are one of the largest independent professional services firms in the South-West, and having grown up in Wales, I’m particularly proud to have the opportunity to bring Hazlewoods to Cardiff and grow our client base here”.
