Hazlewoods Healthcare continues its impressive run of form, having been shortlisted in the ‘Financial Advisor of the Year’ category for the 2025 EducationInvestor Awards.
The healthcare sector specialism within the Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team, inclusive of specialist education, SEND, private education, and education technology, saw a 23% uplift on deal volume compared to 2023, having completed 73 deals worth £754 million in 2024.
This recognition closely follows being named a finalist at the 2025 HealthInvestor Awards for ‘Corporate Financier of the Year’, with our combined Corporate Finance team also cementing Hazlewoods position as Experian’s Top 10 UK Financial Adviser on the back of an exceptional year of M&A activity for the firm.
The team have worked with many of the key investors and operators in the education sector, including Wishford Education, The Key Group, Outcomes First Group, and Targeted Provision to name just a few.
