Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team has supported one of The Key Group’s platforms, Arbor, a market-leading cloud management information software for schools, with its acquisition of Habitude.
Having worked with The Key Group last year on its acquisition of TimeTabler, its growth strategy continues with Habitude being the next to join its expanding school management suite.
Helping to automate varying school administrative processes, Habitude is already used by 34 trusts and 290 schools, and combined with Arbor, will continue to save staff huge amounts of time.
Hazlewoods corporate finance specialists, Daniel Bond, Jordan Carpenter, and Antonia Maslen, worked with Arbor on the transaction providing financial due diligence.
James Weatherill, CEO, Arbor said: “I’m incredibly excited about the time saving potential Habitude has for Arbor’s 700+ MATs and I can’t wait to start working with the team to bring this functionality to Arbor’s MIS.”
Ed Butcher and Izzi Dorrian, Founders, Habitude said: “Workflow automation gives time back to busy Trusts and schools, allowing them to do more of the work that matters most. We have seen the difference this makes as hundreds of schools have used Habitude to automate millions of tasks over the past two years.”
Chris Kenyon, CEO, The Key Group said: “The Key Group mission is to simplify school operations and improve decision making in every school in Britain. We are thrilled to be accelerating the adoption of such a powerful and innovative tool for trusts.”
