Key Responsibilities Include:
- Diary and Email Management: Efficiently manage various diaries and emails across the tax team, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
- Correspondence and Administration: Handle daily correspondence and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Project Management: Oversee the progress of various projects, ensuring the team stays on top of current work and meets deadlines.
- Client On-boarding and AML Checks: Facilitate the on-boarding of new clients and conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure compliance.
- First Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming queries, both internally and externally, providing excellent customer service.
- Client Procedures: Manage and handle client procedures efficiently, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
- Event Planning: Plan and organise team events, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment.
